Barbican Family Film Hub at St John's

Leytonstone Library

Leytonstone Library will play host to our Info Hub (ground floor), an art installation, workshops and screenings of east London archival works, with family activities spilling out into the Library Hall.

St John's Church

The Stone Space

The Stone Space is an independent not-for-profit gallery nurturing the artistic talents of Leytonstone. It will be hosting a month-long exhibition celebrating the history of Leytonstone Cinema as well as a packed public programme as part of the festival's weekend.

Up the stairs

We're taking over Leytonstone's locals - The Red Lion, Leytonstone Social Club and The Birds - with screenings, workshops and music. Discover a little something unexpected from the history of Grime, smartphone shorts and Jonas Mekas-directed Mexican surf movies.

Around the corner, we have three venues slightly further afield: Leytonstone Community Garden is just near the footbridge off Harold Road, Leyton Sixth Form is on Essex Road across the A12, and X7eaven’s home is the Nexus Centre off Leytonstone Rd.

On our car-free Sunday, Church Lane will be closed to traffic, with music, markets, food and drink spilling onto the street for the festival's last day.
